2. Our services

We provide design, software, website, mobile app, SEO and marketing services. The exact scope, timeline and deliverables for any project are agreed in a separate proposal or quote.

3. Quotes & payments

Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points. Final pricing is confirmed in your project quote. Payment terms (advance, milestones) are agreed before work begins.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you, unless agreed otherwise. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access and timely feedback needed to deliver your project, and that any material you provide doesn’t infringe others’ rights.

6. Warranties & liability

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payment, APIs). Their terms and availability are outside our control.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the latest version lives on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
